Hmmm North Shore huh?

Kelley Jeep (Rt. 1 Peabody) has inventory but they are hard nose/pressure sales.

Grava in Medford is a small family business. If you check it out ask for Tom Quinn in sales.

I've heard good things about Lawless in Woburn. Never been though.

I ended up buying from Herb Chambers Jeep in Danvers. Good inventory, Mike Doucet was my sales rep. Great looking service center. Overall good experience, good deal. No pressure sales schpeal.

Thanks for the feedback regarding dealers north of Boston. There are two Jeep dealers on Cape Cod, both with truly frightening online reviews of their service departments, and only one dealer between Cape Cod and Boston. I am really interested in the new Cherokee, but carefully monitoring current owners service issue experiences because I will likely have to travel 1-2 hours to obtain service, if the vehicle needs to be towed under warranty, I assume they'll want to tow it to the nearest dealer, whom according to online reviews tacks a $150 "diagnostic" charge to all repairs, including warranty repairs. What model Cherokee do you have? Any service issues yet?

Funny, I live in Midcoast Maine and was laughing at the self-professed nickname! I'm sure we'll see a lot of tricked out Cherokees from MA this summer :)

Hello all! Douglas, MA here.

I'm not a Cherokee owner yet, but it's on my hit list for the summer. Right now I drive a 2013 Mustang GT/CS and a 2005 Trailblazer. Life happens and will most likely be trading them both in towards a Cherokee. I've been doing some research on them and like what I see. I'm here to learn more, share, and make some new friends in the process!

Decent dealer

Welcome! Cape Cod here - Barnstable/Sandy Neck area. Currently researching/planning purchase. Been checking out dealers online on the North Shore - any opinions/experiences with dealers in your area?

I'm from South of Boston too, bought my last few Jeeps from Central in Norwood, seem decent, service OK too. They have an on line parts company called "Just for Jeeps" and have a decent Jeep get together at their dealership early summer couple hundred Jeeps of all types show up. No big deal but kinda fun and good eats! How come if your on the Cape not Premier in Hyannis? I use to years ago by all my Jeeps, new and used from Sears Auto in Sandwich, loved them and their service. Ron Sears sold out to Premier. They seem OK, but have not bought from them.

We are taking delivery of a '15 loaded TH this Friday 1/9 (this will be Jeep #25 since 1965!) for my wife. Trading her beloved '10 loaded Liberty Limited. This better work out or I'm a dead man! The only thing bad about the Liberty was gas mileage... average about 16mpg, 12mpg around town if lucky!! My '12 JKU Sahara averages over 19mpg and as high as 22 on hiway so...?? I know you don't buy a jeep for economy, even so we are hoping the TH does better than my JK at least!!!

Would I trade my loaded JKU Sahara for a Cherokee TH...NO WAY!!!

What ever you do buy, good luck,

"Best (Chevrolet)" from Wemouth/Hingham has a new Jeep dealership in Plymouth. We buy our Jeeps at Cental in Norwood, but my daughter took her GC to Best and loved the place . She said they treated her royally, so maybe it would be woth a look from CC?
