Today I received my full size printed copy of the Owner's Manual in the mail. It has much more info than the smaller user manual that came with my Cherokee. You can see how much thicker the full size one (top) is compared to the one that comes with the vehicle (left). I think you can reference things faster with it than the CD too.

Just in case you didn't know, if you are the first registered owner of your Jeep, you can get a complimentary printed copy of the owners manual free of charge from Jeep's customer service dept. by calling 1-877-426-5337 (USA) or 1-800-387-1143 (Canada) and asking them for your full size copy of the Owner's manual.

that's what I did, and just print the pages I need for road reference
or better yet, pull it up on your tablet when you need it
it would be cool if you could download it in a flash card and read it on uconnect............:idea:

Ordered. Actually sending 3 books. Full size warranty book, full size radio book, and full size manual. I didn't ask for the other two, she just volunteered them and said they did not come with the Jeep.

Update: now that I looked at your picture closer, it looks like you got all 3 as well.

Thanks Oilslick for posting that. They only need the last 8 digits of your vin and they send you three manuals. They told me it takes about 1 to 1 1/2 weeks and they thanked me for buying a Chrysler product. It will be nice having the printed manual because you can sit in the vehicle and refer to it.

That was fast, called in on Monday and received the books today. Doesn't hurt that i only live about 25 miles from where they mailed them from.
received 1st ed. owners manual and 3rd ed. uconnect manual plus the warranty book

Got mine already. Ordered on the 9th. It sure is nice to have the three printed manuals. It's much more convenient taking it with you in the vehicle while learning about the various functions. I know companies are going away from printed manuals but really, after spending thousands on a new vehicle, printed manuals should come with it. I guess I'm just kind of old fashioned though.

Got mine yesterday. Never seen an Owners Manual with this many pages. Had to stuff it in the glove box. Don't think I'll read it from cover to cover. Use it more as a reference manual.
