I had an unfortunate run-in with a tree stump. Has anyone ever replaced this piece of trim? Trying to avoid taking off the whole bumper if I can.

Is this the piece you're after? Looks like if the bumper cover is still OK, it's a matter of popping out the old and replacing with new...kinda steep though!

Yeah that’s it, there just doesn’t seem to be a good way to get to some of the clips to pop it off. Rock auto had it for $165, still so much money for a piece of plastic though.
At least I am not the only one running into trees.
I did the very same thing. Let my body shop fix it. $1053.83. Didn't report it to my insurance company.

Don't know what any of this is or whether you need it or not.
The plastic parts need to be painted.

FYI, you need the RIGHT trim piece, not the LEFT.

I already ordered the part, just trying to sort out whether I can get it out of there without taking off the whole bumper.

If you do, it's not that difficult. Might be the easier way to fix it...😎

No bamboo brush guard yet, huh??? LOL!!!😉😎
Actually that is a great idea.
Put a vertical bamboo pole on each corner so I can tell when I am getting close to a tree.
Just need to figure out how to mount it.
The OP's antenna apparently didn't work.
