The $1600 was a quote I got from them when I talked to them 2 months ago. It wasn't exactly $1600 slightly north of there. But close enough.

These bumpers are made of both steel and aluminum. Since they last ran these bumpers, both of those commodities have doubled in price. I can almost bet that if this were to ever happen, outside of dreamland, it would not be anything less than 2 grand.
Strange. That’s less than what they use to sell for before materials prices doubled. I’d get that in writing. Anyone can say anything over the phone mate. The $1600 was a quote I got from them when I talked to them 2 months ago. It wasn't exactly $1600 slightly north of there. But close enough.
I wasn't swinging my dick around. I was simply saying I have the resources to make a bumper. Your the one coming in here with the attitude of "I'm king Cherokee, I know all!" I get it alot of people talk. I'm sure you have also heard people talkabout how they will just build a lift kit them selfs and well they never do! Well I have. Is it just a copy of MFC's yes it is. But I programed it and built it. I'm not an engineer so I'm not going to say I designed a lift kit. But I have made my own.Like I said prove me wrong. I had someone swinging their dick around saying how wrong I was and over a year later not a sniff of a bumper design.
Pics? Judging by your profile picture, you have a Dobinson’s lift. And closer look shows that the knuckles aren’t dropped, or else you would have a gap between the top of your tire and the lower spring hat.I wasn't swinging my dick around. No, a spindle is a spindle, and the knuckle is the knuckle. Two separate parts...😎And if my knuckle you mean spindle because that's what it's actually called.
No because there never will be another Expo 1 group buyIs there a list anywehere for this group buy? I'm interested in adding myself to it.
Alright you got me on that one. Never had to replace a "knuckle". I always just thought it was random term as everything else I have ever worked on they are called spindles. No, a spindle is a spindle, and the knuckle is the knuckle. Two separate parts...😎

"Dropping the Spindle", like what @Physicsman1981 mentioned, is part of "proper lift installation". Every single time someone has issues related to lifting their Cherokee, it's ALWAYS 100% due to improper installation. We've seen it a thousand times...😎Alright you got me on that one. How do you screw up the knuckle drop? People just not making sure both sides are even? Dropping them too much? It seemed pretty start forward to me."Dropping the Spindle", like what @Physicsman1981 mentioned, is part of "proper lift installation". We've all known that for like a year now, since the last very small batch actually ordered and built. I think it was like 4 or something. There were probably like 50 people who were "all in", until it came time to write the check. That's not even worth setting up the necessary tooling and jigs required for the builds...😎I came in to this thread to notify everyone (you included) there will NEVER be another expo one group buy, that was my original posting in to this thread and it was completely relevant to the topic at hand.
