Visiting my 1 stoplight towns kayak launch (3min from house) Thought I would show what I recently did to my Jeep as well.

First Exterior Detail

Today was the first nice day I was at home. So I hand washed the Jeep twice, dried it, used the clay bar on it twice then put down two coats of wax. Only one small chip in the hood and some random small scratch on the rear hatch above the 4x4 logo. My Kyocera Duraforce does not take the best pictures, but here she is all detailed for the first time. I even treated the black trim, which do have some chips missing in them but such is war!

Finally got around to taking some pictures of our Eco Green. Got a couple of coats of Mothers Reflections Top Coat applied - makes it pop more than when we drove it out the showroom. Now still only 6 weeks from new and loving it even more. Picture is just after a slight bit of rain and car still has some beads of water on it.

Had the side steps added by the dealer and got soem Weathertech side wind deflectors sent from the US.

Dunx, it is my '15 Sport that I have converted into what is essentially the latitude (minus the back badge) - working out the final details on a functional 5.0 to 8.4 RA3/4 upgrade next. It's been fun working on these projects and getting to know the rig better, and I actually prefer to have the option to upgrade after purchase.

I did find a proper badge for my jeep though, saw it on the Dakar Trailhawk and had to have it. They're in the position of the 'Trail Rated 4x4' badges on each side of vehicle.

Just a heads up - Mopar mislabelled a ton of these badges and they have been shipping Mopar Performance Off-road parts (its a lame square badge). * I got the right badge on the third try from all different dealerships.

I felt bad washing and waxing it, the mud sure gives it some character. Though the glaze I used sure brought back that showroom pop. Plasti-dipped the wheels with anthracite gray, makes a big difference versus the black I used to have

Seriously though, your Sport is one of the best looking Cherokee's on here IMO. Love what you've done to it! :grin: It gives me some inspiration....
