Duratrec's on limited

I would like to put Duratrec tires on my stock limited to use as snow tires. My question is, what size can I go up to without any sort of lift? I will probably also be purchasing new wheels to go with the tires (preferably 15 inch). I've never bought anything but stock before for my cars, so I have no idea what I'm getting into. Do I have to worry about the sensors? I read some where on this forum that if you do not buy the tires with sensors, the car will just be put in winter mode and not give you any sort of annoying warning.

For instance, can I buy 15 inch wheels to go with this tire size: LT235/75R15C1 104Q W?

Hmmm. I think I prefer 15 inch rims, but if they don't make them that size, maybe I will just settle with 17. I see they make them in this size: 31X10.50R15C1 109Q W... but that would be too big correct?
