Has anyone successfully added a swing out second sun visor so that both the driver's side and windshield are covered while driving? Some cars have this feature, but I can't find an aftermarket solution. I'm not referring to a visor extender.

Thanks,
Matt

I know exactly what you want.
My antique Oldsmobile has the second visor and it is great. Don't think I could move it to the Cherokee.
I found an after market visor but it didn't install very well.
With all of the electronics in the stock visor it will be difficult.
Haven't looked but maybe the is a FCA brand vehicle that has one.
All I have been able to do is use the visor for the side and a ball cap for the front.

Not a bad idea, I'll definitely look into that as an option, thank you.
Just be aware that some localities may not allow windshield tint. Those that do likely only allow it down to the AS1 line (you should be able to see that marked on your windshield) and not below. Just make sure to research your local laws to know you're legal if you go this route.

My '09 Explorer had these, wonder if they would fit in a Jeep. They were quite useful! (pass side shown)
