If I put my wipers on (intermittent or fully on) after about 15 seconds my EVIC and radio display dim...
As soon as I turn my wipers off the display comes back on at regular brightness.
Anyone else notice this issue?

I think if you will check your Uconnect settings you will find that you have them set so that your headlights come on when you turn your wipers on. Your headlights coming on cause your interior light to dim because it assumes it is dark outside if you need your headlights. I really don't think you have a problem.

If you bump the dash light wheel up you can keep it on full brightness with the wipers on. It is a bit annoying during the day but that screen is way too bright for me at night without it set down one notch.

It was pretty dark out and I have my lights set to auto and my assumption was that they were on...

Hrm....its a default setting that if you have your wipers on for more than 10 seconds the full lighting system turns on - a great safety idea IMO,

however during the day, the EVIC or 8.4in screen shouldn't dim due to outside surrounding light,

Has it been darkish out when your wipers are on?
