In the wheels and tires section of the chart there is a category called "Tire Service Kit". What is that you ask... doesn't say. And guess what... it is not available on any model!

there are also two tire sizes listed that are not options either.

I'm going to guess that Tire Service Kit is what all new vehicles come with - a can of goop to fill any leaks and a mini compressor driving off the car electrical. Remember the only models that go full size spare are those with the Trailer Tow Kit (I believe) and the Trailhawk.

Roger... just looks funny on the matrix that all of the models have a dash... not a check mark... so, if your guess is correct it seems that the sport, latitude and limiteds would be check green, unless they have a tow package.

True but if you have been following the missteps of the Chrysler PR team over this vehicle it does not surprise me that they would mess this grid up. I could be wrong but I was under the assumption that mini-spares were gone.
