All Trailhawks are the same suspension marketed as "Offroad Suspension"...You can upgrade it some though with a set of Bilstein B6 struts and shocks...Welcome from Utah!!!😎
Yep, Trailhawks and other Cherokees with the AD2 AWD system come with the off-road suspension. All other Cherokees (AD1 AWD system and FWD) have the 'regular' suspension.
Heavier duty would fall to the Dobinson, they have higher rated coil springs “HD” which I run under mine, I have the Warn winch up front and lots of other weight added to my TH and she rides real nice
To answer your question , Yes. The Trailhawk has heavier duty suspension compared to the other models.
