Cherokee gets another award.

Two Chrysler Group vehicles have earned Popular Mechanics magazine’s Automotive Excellence Awards and have been named to the publication’s list of the “Top 10 Cars for 2014.”

The 2014 Ram 2500 and 3500 took the honors in the “Hauling” category: the 2500 was praised for its new suspension; the 3500 for its best-in-class towing. The new Jeep Cherokee the top pick in the “Versatility” competition with features like the fold-flat front seat and genuine offroad capabilities.

This is the second year for the Ram. In 2012, the 1500 won in 2013, as did the SRT Viper.
