The discussion revolves around when and how to change brake fluid in a 2016 Jeep Trailhawk. While the manual doesn't specify a change interval, some suggest a full brake bleed is difficult and requires a scan tool. A simpler method involves using a baster to remove fluid from the reservoir every 6 months and refilling with Mopar DOT 3 fluid, allowing the ABS pump to circulate it. When bleeding the brakes, the proper sequence is left rear, right front, right rear, then left front. It is safe to suck all the fluid out of the reservoir at one time without introducing air into the system.

Correct on the bleeding. if your bleeding the brakes you can bleed each of the calipers until you see clear fluid coming out ,the same for the rest . then you will have all new fluid in your system
