Blower motor going dead

Has anybody had their blower motor die on them? I have my air conditioner on and on level 7... It used to blow me out of the car, now is barely making a feather move, and is blowing variably, & very noisy, making a groaning noise.... Ugh.

I'm sorry to hear about this! Please let me know if you decide to visit the dealership for any further diagnostics.
