Sorry, I missed your post from a few days ago.
That kinda sounds like what I experienced last year actually. But is wasn't a blown blower, it was a low refrigerant charge causing ice build-up on the evaporator. This caused a serious obstruction to airflow and yes, a blower that could harldy push any air into the cabin.
If you turn the A/C off, does the blower work properly ? Mine did. Dealer could not find a leak, but found the charge pressure to be low, recharged it and it's been working fine for more than a year now. If the blower still doesn't work properly after you've turned off A/C and/or allowed the Jeep to rest (engine off) for 15+ minutes, then yeah you probably have a blower motor problem.
