They may complain, I do it a lot and so far my Jeep dealer hasn't fussed.
They even installed non stock struts and shocks and fog light bulbs. They're happy to take my money.
Most shops have Mitchel on Demand or something similar so they can fix most anything.
Make sure the mechanic is ASE Certified and you should be good.
Make sure you provide the one time use bolts.
Replace the strut bearings. Also, the plastic clips at the top, it is easiest to just break the old ones.
Check the tone rings on the inboard side of the wheel hubs and see how rusty they are.
Unless you are fording rivers you should be good in Vegas.
