Yes - a boost gauge takes into account barometric pressure so it would be 0 to about 12 PSI (I believe that's about all the boost our turbos make).

Yes, our 2.0T maximum boost is around 12psi. My built 900cc Rotax turbo on my Can Am RS is 19psi, whereas my almost stock RC with the same engine is around 12psi. The difference in HP is 195hp vs 280hp, but that also includes other performance engine upgrades, including a much larger and more efficient turbocharger...😉😎
