That is the point of this thread. I purchased the sport model with the very generic wheels with the thought of purchasing aftermarket summer wheels. I have no interest in changing lug studs twice a year to accommodate aftermarket.
My new game plan is to buy a set of Latitude/North wheels from MOPAR and have them powder coated black....unless this thread brings to light a better option.

Well I can pretty much guarantee you that anything you buy from MOPAR/Jeep as far as factory wheels is going to be far from cheap. That alone is enough incentive to search elsewhere for me. lol

bruceg, love the look of your mod! Which rims are they? Were you able to use the factory lug studs?

I got a quote for the factory latitude/north rims at $208CDN per wheel, + the powder coating after (likely $200-250)

It may be worth while to not have to mess with the lug studs twice a year

The wheels are Konig Airstrike's. I was able to use the factory lugstuds. The factory lugstuds have a fairly small head on them, so I'd guess they will be able to be used with MOST aftermarket wheel applications.

Thank man!
I have been reading from most people that they had to swap them out when they installed their aftermarket wheels, great to hear.

I've always had to on other vehicles with aftermarket wheels. But the factory lugstuds on the Cherokee are smaller than I've seen on other vehicle's lugstuds/lugs.
Of course, you still MAY need different lugstuds if you buy aftermarket wheels with a considerably smaller hole where they bolt on.

right now i'm looking into these for my 4x4 latitude...

http://www.kmcwheels.com/wheels/KM775/KM7757?year=2014&make=Jeep&model=Cherokee%20Latitude%204x4

just looking for right tire size at this point that will fit in the wheel well...
I have these on my 08 dodge Avenger... Great rim and look pretty bada$$, especially since I Plastidipped the chrome stars on them... I have a pic of my Avenger in my garage..

I bought mine off TireRack a couple of years ago...
