Aftermarket Side Mirror Blinking

I replaced the passenger side mirror on my 2015 Trailhawk with an aftermarket mirror and now after getting out of the vehicle or locking/unlocking the door with the key FOB the passenger side mirror turn signal strobes for about 5sec. Has anyone else encountered this?
