[Cherokee Steve]

With the re-release of this model it is rapidly becoming apparent that there is some confusion here.

Just to be clear:

CHEROKEE:

• Newly released for 2014.
• KL designation
• Smaller version of the Grand Cherokee.
• All the good, long details over at Wikipedia under the Cherokee entry. The subject of this forum/board.
• Not an abbreviation for Grand Cherokee.

GRAND CHEROKEE

• Larger SUV redesigned for 2014 but has been around for a few years now.
• All the good, long details over at Wikipedia under the Grand Cherokee entry.
• WK2 is the most recent designation.
• NOT the subject of this forum/board.

Therefore, make sure you're on the right forum and the article/question/comment you are going to post is related to the Cherokee.

Thanks for making clear the difference. It is kinda strange that Jeep named the two models so similar. This must confuse people other than the people how are on this blog.
