Hello, I'm in need of assistance. I purchades a brand new 2021 Grand Cherokee Loredo X and there are mechanical problems, exterior issues and missing accessories. I have gone back to the dealers 3 times for my issues and I never hear back from anyone. The last time I was there was 3 weeks ago Sunday, the sales Manager said he can see the issues, he agreed with me and he had a 3rd party come down to Jeep to give an estimate of only the external work. The 3rd party told me he would have the estimate to the Jeep manager before days end, that was 3 weeks ago. I can't get a hold of anyone at Jeep. They do not call me back, I have to go down there and sit in the lobby for hours before anyone will speak with me. At this point I'm about to lose it.how do I go about getting a replacement car, I paid a lot of $$ and this is not fair to me. I deserve to have what I paid for.
