Either way....when I lock the vehicle by key fob or manual button inside driver door, the drivers side rear door is still unlocked ? Any ideas why ? Thanks-

Is this a new issue?
Are you the original owner?

If you manually lock the rear door and then use the FOB or button to unlock, does it unlock?

If so possibly an issue with the locking servo mechanism itself, if not, maybe the module is disconnected or totally toast?

It's new to me. I discovered it lastnight after checking my vehicle once I locked it with the key fob.
No, I'm either the 2nd or 3rd owner, not sure.
There is no manual lock on the rear doors, just a button to raise/lower the window.

Actuator/servo mechanism issue. My son's Civic as the same issue. Haven't dove into trying to repair until it gets warmer.
