Has anyone experienced a brake shudder issue when braking moderately hard above 40 mph with their Cherokee, and trim with the V6?

My daughter purchased a TH new in June 2016. It had always experienced some mild brake shudder when braking moderately hard above 40 mph, however this shudder has gotten very severe.

Her TH has been at the dealer now 5 days and they are saying the cannot reproduce the effect. I am headed to the dealer this afternoon to demonstrate the effect.

The rotors are not warped. Verified through a run-out test with a dial gauge.

Any input from any other Cherokee owners is greatly appreciated.

Have had a few like this. Both Trailhawks. Observing that there was no mild oscillation in the steering wheel on mine, rear rotors were replaced and resolved the vibration. I suspect some rotor defects will not show up until a certain temp is reached.
