Looking for $13k for my 2015 Cherokee Latitude 4x4 v6 with 63k miles.

Dealer offered $12k, so you're basically getting trade in price.
This is a good car. People do not normally sell their car until there's a problem, and then they do not disclose the problems.
This car needs a new exhaust y pipe (I'll do a temporary fix until you receive it), and the gear shifter button broke. These are basically regular maintenance items at 5 years, according to these forums. You could put on an aftermarket exhaust with cats at the exhaust manifold and have an exhaust delete for cheap!
I don't know what else can break tbh, but there can't be much.
