Brand new problem with my Cherokee.
When accelerating from a stop, or even occasionally from a low speed. I get a grinding and popping sound from the FR wheel area.
It does sound a bit like the traction control, but this is happening on dry pavement, and not a situation where Traction Control should be doing anything.

When I turn traction control off the car does not make this noise.
Everything is clean in the front end, no rocks in the brakes the boots on the CVs on intact.
Anyone have any ideas on where I should look next?

2015 3.2L Latitude. I have the lower end AWD system, not the ACTIVE II i think its called. 53K miles.

Any help is appreciated!

You will need to scan for pending fault codes and monitor individual wheel speed output while driving.
